About Dianna

One Question Changed Everything

It was 2002. Dianna was standing at the edge of a bed of hot coals in Sydney, chest tight, two voices arguing in her head. The first voice was soft: it's okay if you don't. You don't have to. The second asked a single question:

Who will you be tomorrow if you don't do this?

She walked across the coals. And that question never left her.

The Patterns She Kept Repeating

Before any of the leadership roles, the executive titles, or the coaching programmes, Dianna was doing what a lot of capable, self-aware women do. She was working hard, showing up well, and quietly wondering why certain things kept going wrong.

Three organisations before she recognised her own professional pattern. Three relationships that each lasted around twelve months before she saw what was actually driving them. Not bad luck. Not the wrong people. A set of beliefs and conditioned responses that had been running on autopilot for years, below the level where strategy or willpower could reach them.

The realisation that changed everything was not complicated. She had been looking outward for what needed to be found inward first.

So she stopped. She got curious. She did the work. And then she built a career around helping others do the same.

Real change happens when people understand why they do what they do, not just what to do differently.

What She Does Now

Dianna works with two groups of people who face different circumstances but the same underlying challenge: patterns that are keeping them stuck in ways they can half-see but not yet fully change.

1

For middle managers in human services, those patterns show up as imposter syndrome, quiet burnout, and the growing gap between the leader they want to be and the exhausted person who makes it to Friday. They arrived in the role because they were brilliant at the work. Nobody handed them a leadership manual.

2

For women ready to do the inner work before (or instead of) the outer search, those patterns show up as a worthiness gap, boundaries that keep dissolving, and the nagging recognition that the last few relationships have had different faces but the same unresolved core.

In both cases, the work is the same. Name the pattern. Understand where it came from. Build the tools to change it. Not at the surface level of behaviour, but at the level where behaviour is actually generated.

What She Bring to It

Dianna spent over two decades as a CEO, COO, State Manager and Director across Australia's human services sector. She understands the funding pressures, the workforce challenges, the reform cycles, and the specific weight of leading people who care deeply in systems that are often dysfunctional.

She is also a Certified NLP Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and holds an MBA. That combination matters because it means she can name what is happening in the boardroom and what is happening in the nervous system that is responding to it, in the same conversation.

She is a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia, NLP Association Australasia, American Board of Hypnotherapists and NLP Practitioners, and IICT.

But the credential that matters most is simpler. She has used every tool she teaches on herself, at the hardest moments, and found them to work. She is not teaching theory. She is teaching her own way through.

The Question That Drives Both Programmes

Everything Dianna does flows from that fire-pit question. It is not a motivational poster. It is a genuine diagnostic. Who will you be leading tomorrow if nothing changes today? For the middle manager carrying more than her job description ever described, it surfaces what is actually at stake. For the woman who has been looking outward for what needs to be found within, it opens the only door worth walking through. Two different rooms. The same practitioner. The same question underneath.

Key Outcomes

Stronger, more self-aware leadership

Improved decision-making and clarity

Increase confidence and personal alignment

Healthier, more effective relationships

Sustainable behavioural change

You can’t change leadership outcomes without changing the person leading.

Most people are trying to solve external problems without addressing the internal patterns driving them.

People don’t lack capability - they’re often running patterns that keep them stuck.

Where to Start.

If Mindshift Studio is the room you need, the first step is a complimentary Leadership Discovery Call. One conversation. No commitment beyond that.

If Connection Ready is the room you need, the first step is a complimentary 45-minute Discovery Call. The same offer: one conversation, no obligation, genuine value regardless of what follows.

If you are not yet sure which room you are standing outside, that is fine too. Start with the question. Who will you be tomorrow if nothing changes today?
